i use workvie in he morning when I am sore and stiff from arthritis and fybromialgia and sciatica.. i can hardly move in mornings and this helps me get moving. takes some of the stiffness out so i can go on with what i need to do. not pain free but helps a lot..I would recommend this to others. also it does not smell like some of the pain relief i have used before.
