Refund policy
First Bottle Refund:
If you are not happy with Aromalief for any reason please contact us within 60 days. We will refund the purchase price of your FIRST Bottle in full to the original payment minus shipment.
Additional Unused Bottles:
Contact us within 60 days for unused bottle returns, your item/s must be sealed and a return must be approved prior. You will be billed for the return shipping label.
Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@aromalief.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Compression Items/Devices:
Compression items are Final Sale and Non-Refundable due to health regulations.
